What happens if you do not log sleep with a FitbitOne. Should I be logging my sleep every night?

Nothing really. Though if you're using points sites like achievemint.com then you're missing I think 10-20 points a day?0

I never log my sleep.
I use my fitbit strictly for steps taken.
I have had my for 18 months now.0 -
I'm sporadic on my logging of my sleep. You're good. No worries if you do or don't log it. Just for your own information. I usually only log mine if I'm feeling extra tired and thinking I may be more restless at night.0
