What are your goals? I hope there's like a 1 or 2 in front of the 850... cause 850 calories for a whole day sounds like misery.
I eat everything. I mean, Greek yogurt, chicken, fruits and veggies, ice cream, peanut butter, etc. Find things you enjoy that help you meet your goals.0 -

I don't think it is scientifically possible to get those macros out of so few calories...0 -

I looked back in posting hhistory. Looks like it's a typo. Supposed to be 2850. Goal is weight gain, I think0 -

I think OP meant 2850 calories...that's what the macros work out to.0 -
I meant 2850 Kcal. My goal is to gain muscle mass and lose bodyfat at the same time. u i Guess if i gain muscle mass i am burning more fat anyways.. If i keep jogging and such0

In a bulk, you will inevitably gain a bit of fat. It is an unavoidable occurrence. By keeping your weight gain to around 2 lb a month max, you will reduce your odds of putting on excess body fat with muscle but you can't eliminate it. Whether or not you should reduce bodyfat or gain muscle will depend on your BF%.
As far as foods, meeting your macro and micro targets typically means eating the bulk of your diet in nutrient dense foods and filing in the rest with other things. At that high of intake, you'll probably need some ice cream or peanut butter after you've met your protein goal, etc0 -
