    9. Peanut butter

I'm surprised to see that most of my calories are attributed to those things. Just simple things I don't need, but I add to almost every meal. Except for milk and eggs....can't live without those.

I've been at this over 6 months, and here are mine:

    1. Unsweetened Almond Milk
    2. Protein Powder
    3. Coca Cola! (not diet)
    4. Whole Wheat Fig Newtons
    5. Olive Oil

    Runner up: 6. Popcorn (Unpopped)

The first two, I have a protein shake each morning. Coke I have a couple times per week, but have always had it since I started. The Fig Newtons are good if I need to hit my fiber for the day, so I have them often. And I cook a lot from scratch, and use olive oil in tons of recipes.

Doesn't seem like we should count coffee, tea, or other non-calorie things. So mine are:

    Whey protein powder
    skin milk
    cereal
    Quest Bars
    chocolate (sad)
