When adding back calories when reverse dieting, does anyone know how often to add back and how much to add each time? I've been adding back 25 each week. Should I be adding more? It seems like such a small amount. thanks!

I usually do 100-250 per week.0

Adding quicker:
Pros
return to maintenance quicker therefore body doesn't think you are dying
Cons
possibly slightly more fat increases
Adding slower
Pros
possibly less fat increase
Cons
in deficit longer therefore energy levels lower
body still thinks it's dying (dieting is controlled starvation)
I plan to be back at maintenance post comp about 4 weeks after. (20 week diet)0 -

This. Add calories and monitor weekly progress. Adjust to suit favorable or unfavorable metrics.0
