Chocolate

Had the same problem and have tried a lot of different things. The only thing that seems to work for me are the Chocolate Frosted Mini Wheats cereal. They are about 4 calories per square (I rounded up) and I usually eat about 10 squares dry for a forty calorie chocolate snack that is high in fiber.0

Try this.. it's absolutely delicious!!
Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins
1 can pure pumpkin
1 box spice cake mix
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 tsp cinnamon
--add a few chocolate semi sweet chips (i'd say 5 or 6 a muffin)
Bake in muffin papers for 25 minutes at 350 degrees
Under 120 calors per muffin. Not back for a snack/dessert and you get a good fruit in there- the pumpkin!
Use a chocolate cake mix for more chocolatey-ness. I've made it with just the cake mix and the can of pumpkin, no other ingredients. Very dense, moist and good.0 -
My own "trail mix" satisfies my cravings:
1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup raisins, 2 Tbsp, semi-sweet chocolate chips.
And I'm definitely going to try some of these other suggestions.0
