My personal favorites include adding beans and meat to salads to make them more filling, eating beans mixed with salsa as a side dish (beans in general are pretty awesome!), eating eggs for breakfast (sometimes with a side of toast w/PB) and "tuna pancakes" - tuna mixed with egg white and cooked on the stove like a pancake.
Yup! Some of the people above mentioned some items that are good to add to tuna...and I'll throw it out there that adding a few beans really makes it good. I tried a great receipe recently that is just tuna, kidney beans (and one other type of bean that I cannot remember right now), diced tomatoes, some lemon juice, etc all mixed together and chilled. Really great (and filling!!!) with whole grain crackers.0
