I am 5'3 and my goal weight is 120 lbs.I used to be that weight in high school so I know I didn't look too thin.I still had an hourglass figure at that weight. Then I went to 125 then 130 as went into my 20's since I still ate the same despite being active. Then I stopped exersing last winyer and ate horribly so I went up to 153.I have been using this for 2 months and I am now down to 140.however I hope in 2 months I will be down to 130 which I will have 10 more pounds to go.So it neccessary to change your settings to 0.5 to lose the last few pounds? Will my weight loss slow down after 130 or can it happen before that since maybe my body might be comfotable at a certain weight?

as you get lighter, the calories you need to maintain get lower, 'cause your body doesn't need to expend as much energy to carry itself around. so, in order to keep losing, you do have to eat less (or exercise more) than you had to eat/exercise to lose at 153, 140, even 135. every time i lose more weight, i go to my "goals" section and see how much weight it's telling me i'm losing per week at the calories i have set for myself. i click on "change goals" and fiddle around with the amount of calories i'm allowing myself per day depending on how much i want to lose per week. since you only have 10 lbs left to go (same for me), you should probably stick to losing 0.5lbs/week. putting it up to 1 - 2lbs will give you very few calories per day and you will probably be miserable (i know i would -- for me to lose even 1lb a week i'd have to net 1100 calories per day! way too low for me without making me feel very deprived, stressed out, and probably not feel very well physically).
TLDR: it is harder in that it takes longer to lose the last 10 lbs, because you need to lose slowly (no more than 0.5lb/week) lest you severely restrict your calories per day (or exercise a huge amount).0
