Hi Everyone! I am new to my fitness pal but not to weight loss programs. I was on weight watchers for awhile and lost 60 pounds, then hit a plateau, got lazy, and gained almost half of it back! Anyway I am back on track now and my friend suggested I try MFP because its free. it was a bit of a challenge at first because I was used to WW but I've been here for about 3 weeks and I love it! I'd like some friends to help with motivation and advice. :) I'm friendly, so feel free to say hi anytime!
