Help!! Having a problem with carbs!

Ever since I went vegan, I have been having some problems with carbohydrates! I crave cereal and things like oreos(since they are things that don't contain milk). I try eating them in moderation, but sometimes things end up getting out of control, and I end up eating close to the whole box! I am worried if I cut them out I will be selling myself short on something I love. Can anyone give me some tips on how I should handle the situation? I eat extremely healthy most days, but some days I splurge on things I love(like the carbs). Help!

    Buy your trigger foods in smaller quantities. Instead of buying a whole package of Oreos buy the little packs of them. I think they come 4 or 6 in a package. Try to keep your trigger foods out of the house, if you can. Make them a treat for when you're out and about or just buy the smaller packages when you go to the store.
