I began my journey to lose 33 pounds 3 days ago. My starting weight was 273. I would like to weigh 240. After I reach that goal, I would like to reach 230. Then from there 200. Then finally I would like to stop when and if I reach 160. I have a long road ahead and am trying to make a huge goal into smaller goals. My ticker displays my first goal. I exercise a minimum of 5 days a week. My method of weight loss is calorie counting and exercising. So far I have lost 4 pounds. I hope the scale is lower tomorrow morning. . My final straw to my weight loss was when I couldn't get my bathing suit on at the beach. IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!
