Constructive Opinions On Tracy Anderson's Metamorphis

I've been on MFP for years...so I love the support and info this site can give...so I am turning here to see if there are people out there that have tried her style and have a CONSTRUCTIVE - Not Destructive Opinion...good or bad is fine...just don't get all crazy please...cuz that is some of the stuff I'm reading on her reviews and I would prefer not to read it here as well.
I was Very Involved in Belly Dancing and Pole Dancing for several years...then some injuries had me stopping that and now that I'm back to exercising (gym classes now) I'm not seeing a lot of results...One of the main things (aside from the negative comments) that I've read about her is she focus' on Small Muscles - which is exactly what Belly Dancing did...and when I was doing it I was in the best shape of my life...there are no longer instructors for it where I live and I just saw that was the focus of her teachings in her DVD's....
The comments I've seen....many say its worked wonders for them But the music sucks, her cueing is non-existant and some say the form is bad...but the form comments seem to be all over the board with opinions....just wondered if anyone on here has tried it and/or stuck with it and what you thought and what results you had.
I appreciate anyone's thoughts on it to help me decide if I should try it or not And / Or if you have any other DVD opinions that go back to working small isolated muscles....I am trying to get back into belly dancing and may just stick with that...but I would Love an actual straight workout that I could do in conjunction with it.
