I eat more when I sleep more. Why?!?!

Normally, from studies and all, it has been shown that people who get more sleep eat less... However, I have been sleeping 6 hours for the past few days (which is considered little for me) but today I woke up with 8 hours of sleep which is ideal. Ironically, I have been able to resist treats the past few days but this morning, everything just kind of went out the window. I actually ate like 1/5 cup of chocolate ice cream, 1 bite sized mini chocolate eclair and 2 tbsp of Cheesecake and 1/3 tbsp peanut butter with some 1/2 cup of plain non fat no sugar yogurt, a kiwifruit, a banana and 125g of blueberries.... Usually for the mornings when I have just had 6 hours of sleep, I'll just have a glass of low fat milk and 3 servings of fruit and a lot of times with 2 slices of low calorie wholemeal bread and a low fat cheese wedge.
However those are healthier choices than what I have eaten today. Although I really enjoyed my treats today. What is wrong with this?
