since I have lost weight and really toned my upper legs (not the inner thigh). The muscles are hard and I noticed I feel lots of bumps but they are not visible. If I press hard enough, they hurt some. Anyone else have this? Is this normal?

I'd probably go and get it checked out just to find out. an X ray would probably be able to tell. What size are they?
I had a lump a bit over a year ago, about ping pong ball size on my leg which also hurt a bit if pushed on it. It was only a little raised, not that noticeable, and just on the bony part of my shin. Anyway I was worried so I went to the gp and got an xray booked. In the xray the technician just said it's fat, and wasn't anything to be concerned about. And so I ignored it and it went away on it's own eventually when I lost more weight.0 -
I have several, they feel like a bunch of pea sized nodules and only on my outer thighs. I'm thinking it's just fat as well.0
