I am new to the site. I really don't have a whole lot to write, My goal is to lose those last few lbs that just wont go away. I have been using the site now for about 2 weeks and I have really become aware of what I am eating and how it all adds up! The program is motivating to see it all right in front of me and determine what needs to change and what I need improve on. I can see this becoming a reward system in a sense, I almost can't wait to log my info and see whats left as far as calories and then to work out and see the MEGA calories that I can burn, well that is rewarding!
Nuff said, if any body wants to friend me, I'd really LiKe that! I am a firm believer that 2 is better than 1 and 3 is better and more is ideal. Collaboration amongst people with the same goals can go a long way, and its a boost to cheer people on, lift their spirits and get feedback as well!
