I have been doing so well with my eating habits and then tonight I was craving Montes so I gave in but had not one biscuit but 5 and I feel fat now since I ate them, I was doing really well but didn't plan for them in my dally food limit so am now way over my calorie limit, please help me find a way to get past this. (DAMN CRAVINGS I HATE YOU), I don't know why I wanted them so bad but I was craving them. :(

I'm not going to tell you it's "ok" that you ate them, but just accept it. We all have days like this. Start over again tomorrow and try not to give in to your cravings [and if you have to, just have one!] YOU CAN DO IT! :-)

Ok then thank you, ok then, I will and won't, yes I can do it. :)

The most important thing to learn about dieting/getting healthy is mindset. (Look back at your food and exercise diary. Are you really failing? I'm going to guess you're not. Ease up on yourself and don't overexaggerate the current situation.)

So, you had a bad day. So what? As long as you don't do it everyday and you have more good days than bad days, you'll be just fine.

Okay, you ate something "naughty". Own it. You made a decision to eat something that could cause a setback. Don't sweat it so much. Just start thinking about what exercise you can do to work off the extra calories. Then do it.

Tomorrow starts off with a clean slate. Make better decisions next time.

Yeah what they said! Hold yourself accountable but don't beat yourself up about it.

In principle it's bad to give in to cravings that you haven't planned for because then it's the food controlling you instead of the other way around, but five biscuits don't make you fat. "Falling" once couldn't be more insignifficant in the long run. Just pick yourself up and continue like before with more determination to resist the next craving.
