Stage 2 is a go

I've joined MFP about 2? years ago. At that time I decided (after 100 times of deciding) that this time I'm gona make real change. I did not try any fancy diets, or anything like that. I went by broscience. I'd walk if I wanted anything nearby rather than go by car, I'd take the stairs in my old flat instead of the elevator, I ate generally less and stayed away from sweets, sodas, fast foo, deep fried food and the like and just walked 40 minutes a day.

Fast forward 1 week after that, I dropped from 300 lbs to 294 lbs. I told myself hey, that stuff is working. Add 5 months to that and I was about 255 lbs. At that point, I educated myself on proper dieting and the need for muscle training and taking things a little slower to avoid sagging skin. I mostly read but did not do much because my university load reached maximum.

Since the past 2 years, I've been doing on and off trainings and generally tried to use my muscles more in life. I did not lose much lbs, but I feel a bit stronger so I guess thats fine.

Fast forward to a month ago: I was 260 lbs. I maintained most of my weight loss, but I still wanted to lose weight, I was fasting at that month (My fasting was no food no drinks) so I'd go for a walk 1 hour before eating. I dropped 5 lbs. Back on track.

3 days ago I signed up at the gym and I'm starting muscle training now. My minor goals? Reach the 240 lb milestone (That was my goal from so long ago). Major goal? Squash them extra lbs and leave nothing left.

MFP has been good to me for weight loss but I was never active on the forum, maybe I will be now
