I've always had a little frame, and am one of those that other people say to, "Why are you trying to lose wight?!"

I always end up quitting and going back to eating everything I want and maintaining an "average" weight rather than shedding those last few pounds and toning up like I truly want.

Then I come on here and see those of you who have lost or are trying to lose more than 60lbs; those of you who have been exercising and eating right for months and months and years and years in order to reach your goal weight, and I'm beyond humbled. You guys are truly remarkable and an inspiration to those wanting to lose a great deal of weight and even those skinny broads like me just trying to shed a few pounds. I don't look to celebrity magazines to find my motivation for "the perfect bod!" -- I honestly look at you all.

Just wanted to say thanks for the motivation and keep on keeping on!

Well thank you. I'm not quite at the perfect bod yet but keep on looking.

The folks here are really great and totally plan on staying involved once I reach my "goal weight". One never knows everything there is to know about everything and there's a lot of knowledge going around on this website.

And I agree folks here are really wonderful. You keep on keeping on too.

I hope you realize that "the perfect bod" is only for the rich people who can afford personal trainers, plastic surgery, completely natural food, and chefs to prepare their meals. I am in my goal size now but by no means is my body perfect. I just keep working to make it look as good as it can without plastic surgery. :)

Excuuuussseee me. MY body is perfect. The OP said it herself and I quote, "I don't look to celebrity magazines to find my motivation for "the perfect bod!" -- I honestly look at you all."

    So there
