I am in my first trimester and have been puking a lot lately, and I know that is causing dehydration (also due to my body not liking the taste of water right now).
What is the best way to get my body re-hydrated knowing I am going to throw up more in the day? Is a gaterade/water mix gonna be helpful? Is there something better?
