Advice on what to catalogue something as

Kia ora,

I've been helping out with student graduation, where I'm on my feet all the time, walking between foyers, up and down stairs, making sure that students are in the right place at the right time, etc. and up and down the auditoriums seating them, standing them up, getting them across the stage, and back to their seats. I know I used my legs a lot, as my hip flexors are giving me grief. I also know, though, that I used my arms a lot, fixing up their regalia before they crossed the stage and making sure they looked their best. How do I categorise it? It isn't walking (no set distance either), and the only thing I could think of was the entry "walking while playing an instrument", but that isn't really the intensity I had going, and since I did it for 10 hours today (total day at work=12.25), that sounds like an unreasonable number of calories burnt!

Thanks,
Scott

I wouldn't bother logging it at all, frankly. See what that does for the scale.

If this is something you're doing on a regular basis, you could change your activity level temporarily until after graduation.
