Char-grilled chicken help?

Every week or so I cook up a big batch of chicken and stick most of it in the freezer for throughout the week but I'm getting so bored of putting the same herbs and spices every time.
Any ideas for anything new I can put on like a marinade or something?
Obviously I want it being healthy but also little hassle (because I'm lazy ;P) and will still be good after being frozen and defrosted. Also any ideas of what could be had with it other than salad and wraps would be appreciated, I get bored of the same things ever day far too easy!
I often take the chicken out for lunch at work and stuff so has to either be good cold or portable

That sounds really nice! Love coconut haha you can although I don't think it's as nice after defrosting haha but still a good dinner idea at some point so thanks0

If you get some good air tight Tupperwares your food should be good in the fridge for like 3-5 days.
If you're sick of the same old chicken maybe it's come to try new recipes!

You totally can freeze coconut curry chicken and it actually goes pretty well, you just can't freeze the rice, that goes less well.
I eat tons of chicken too, and there's lots of healthy marinades/spice mixes you can use to diversify your flavours. I'm a big fan of honey mustard on chicken or pork (just brush the breasts with it and cook), it sinks in, so it freezes well.
You could consider making something more like a turkey/chicken chili (here's a basic recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/black-bean-corn-and-turkey-chili/ -- I add jalepenos and other good stuff to bring out more flavour), or consider making casseroles of some sort, I have a friend who makes what is essentially sheppards pie, except she puts chicken as the bottom layer, then veggies, and then uses mashed cauliflower instead of potatoes to keep the calories low.
There's definitely lots of ways to prepare chicken, just google around and find some recipes you like so that you're not taking the same wrap/chicken with veggies every day,

I grill a batch of boneless, skinless chicken thighs (I prefer the taste over chicken breast) every Sunday to use throughout the week. I just season each one differently. For example, I will season some with chipotle chili powder, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Others I may season with onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano. I make batches of the various spice combos, so I just have to reach for a shaker and apply. Each night at dinner, I warm the chicken in a skillet w/ olive oil spray and serve it with a microwave steamed veggie w/ a little unsalted butter and herbs. Easy and total cook time is around 5-10 minutes. Hope that helps.0

I really like Mrs. Dash Chipotle Seasoning right now. Here is a link to some no-salt spice blends. I have tried them all on chicken. I usually drizzle chicken with a little olive oil, rub with spice, add some salt sometimes, then grill.

I also like Lawery's Season salt and herbs de provence(without lavender). The combo reminds me of rotisserie chicken.0
