Lack of sleep

I didn't sleep too well last night...only got about 3 hours sleep. I was all ready to do a kick-*kitten* workout today but I am so :yawn: that I don't think I can. Anyone got any ideas to perk me up?

    A workout will definitely help you wake up. I also think I get better quality sleep when I workout. So think of the great sleep you will have tonight!

    I wish I did have some ideas. I get about 5 hrs sleep each night and am constantly tired. I just DO IT, cause Im bad and will admit Im lazy , I DO NOT enjoy exercise. But I also know if I skip a day then I'll skip a week and then I'll keep on skipping.

    I missed my friggin workout today too, my hubby had to work early and everytime I put the baby down for a nap, and get some cleaning done, he's back up again. Sometimes I think the world conspires against me to stay fat forever lol!!!
