Hey folks, its Char here or as most of my oldies knew me as BlueAngelChar, i'm terrible at remembering names so anybody who was friends with me before and wants to add me again this is my new account.
Not restrictive to old friends, any new chatty, active friends welcome. I train most days , don't have the best diet but i'm working on it so please no diary do gooders, I'll just delete you. I'm not here to be judged for my eating habits.
I lift, spin, have a PT and enjoy swimming and now am running the London Marathon 2015 so any running buddies are always welcome! I need all the help I can get tbh lol
