Not sure of my favourite to win after just one episode but I already have a couple of contestants that I hope get knocked out (arrogant and annoying types).
Some interesting recipes and flavour combinations in there and I do fancy trying to make a lower-cal version of the cherry cake from the 2nd challenge.
