I'm going to log my workout today, and under the "weights/set" option the default is "200", but it doesn't say if that's lbs or kgs. How am I supposed to know?
EDIT: Forget it, I'm logging heavy squats and it doesn't tell you what calories you've burned. What's the point?

To get stronger muscles, stronger bones, help blood circulation, etc, etc. Don't lift to lose weight, eat correctly to lose weight, exercise to be healthy, functional, and support weight management.0
