How do I improve my stamina in the gym? I literally quit so easily it makes me so angry just can't seem to fight through it enough :(

    Sometimes you need to mentally kick yourself in the butt and just push through.

    That being said, if you are doing cardio (elliptical, treadmill, bike, etc), you may want to decrease your resistance and/or speed until you can comfortably complete a workout. Once you can do that, THEN it is time to work on improving pace/increasing resistance.

    By keep doing it.

    Take for instance using the elliptical machine. You get really winded after 6 minutes and you cool down and maybe do your stretches. The next time, push for 6 and a half minutes. That's really all there is to it. You get stamina because you made your body get used to new limits.
