Too much Dairy?

Just a quick question... I was wondering if I am having too much dairy in one day.

I have a Special K breakfast shake in the morning. For snacks I usually eat a yogurt or maybe a Lean Pocket (which usually has cheese in it). And for Lunch I have a protein shake that has 2.5 cups of 1% Milk in it. Is that too much? I don't feel sick at all, but I don't want to overdo it either. Thanks in advance for your input!

    Is it possible for someone to have too much dairy (and I'm not including people with allergies or intolerances)?

    I feel like if you're getting the other nutrients that you need, protein, carbs, etc. then it should be fine.
