This morning when I woke up i decided to hop on the scale, even though i just started this 3 days go. The scale says i'm 5 pounds down and i just started a few days ago. It's definetly water weight or the fact i'm watching what I'm eating but how exciting, I really want to stick to this. Driving by Dunkin Donuts this morning on my way to work made me feel like i was betraying someone but I managed to succeed in not stopping. Just thought i'd share my new excitment. :-)

You already finished the toughest part, getting started! Keep going and soon living healthier will become the norm instead of something you have to do.
