    The appropriate advice for you has been posted several times. Eat a LOT more and strength train if you don't like your body composition.

    The picture gives very, very little reference but you look tiny and undertone to me.

    No one is going to advise that you eat any less than you do, and you don't get enough protein so you are going to be hard pressed to tone with the way you've been eating. Jogging, also, while great for cardiovascular health will do nothing for your body composition.

    I tried to replace low quality food we get in enterprise with a lot of jogging, but 2 hours a day is obviously STILL not enough...I tried to sell my meals to coworkers for tiny money, and buy some vegetables , fruits and fishes insted, but that is not allowed there...if I miss meals, they jus t delete u from list...when I come, I sometimes give som erice or potatoes to others, some even gie me the salad, biut it is oiled and I used to eat salad without oil...anyhow, thick and slim persoms eat the same and remain the same...

    I am about 50 kg .

    I am 162 cm tall (5.3 ft).

    Year ago I lost abotu 8 kg in a year (12 month). My diet was:
    1. morning: 1 joghurt 38 kcal OR an apple OR an egg

    2. middle of the day the same OR 10 dg (0.2 lb) meat wihtout any fat (cooked, not fried, coocked salamy- dont know how to e3xpress rightly)

    3 the sama

    In short: lees then 500 kcal a day.
    + that all I was running (jogging) at least half an hour a day, peek 2 x 2 hours a day.

    I went in that year from 60 kg to 50. Very rarely I was also 49.

    I was avoiding ANY bread, ANY sweets, ANY fats. I had a lots of cola zero, minaral water , salads withoout dressings and a lot of fruit tead with artefitial sugar taste (no kcal). I had + all that even minearl/vitamines tablets as drinks, which dont contain sugar or do contain only those with no calories (artefitial ones)

    Fruit yogurts , cheese- were poisons.
    MOre then 10 dg ('.1 lbs) FRUITS was poison!!!



    I managed my tummy look plain, BUT I had to go to plastic surgery for my *kitten*. The surgent could not believe neither my dieat nor my jogging, althoug i was jogging even to him , from railwaystation to the office.

    On my legs , both, there is more than twice more fat then others.

    Immediately after *kitten* operation we tried to make apointment for legs, but as it took too much money I coudl not accept.

    Problem is, I simply mustent eat, I started with bananas, with (sometimes, not every day!) CORN YBREAD(brown, dark, containting seeds and simialr), I allowed me some fruit yoghurts, and did not jogg 2 hours a day as before bnut 1/2 to 1 hour.

    I started putting on weight. My kcals a day are about 1200 now, and it shouls still be dietary, folloiwng all the rules but I feel like a bumbble bee, and look almost double.


    Second problem: I had s , vefore even xs truosers, but in shop they offeredme M size, when tehy saw me.

    Peopel in talk instead of 50 kg give me 60.

    I have short legs, and all the foot I ead makes my tummy BLOWED UP LIKEA BALLOON.
    How much the hell do other peopel eat?
    Is that normal or is that sick, and is there any threatment that might help?

    I just CANT LIVE TILL THE REST ON MY LIFE with JUST 3 apples a day.

    One such 100 g chocolate contains not more then cca 550 kcal.

    So, If U drink half a litre low fat milk for breakfast, eat such a chocolate for lunch and a plate of vegetables for dinner, U are still on a strict diet?

    Such "strict diet" is making me putt on weight , in spite of 1-2 hour jogging. Does this go also for others? I am really not sure.

    My neighbour who is about 60-70 y old, is having almost regularly fried meat, bread and oiled salad for DINNER.

    He is not physically active , and he is VERY slim. His legs are definitively thiner then mine. As far a s I tried to find out, he does not have any cancer desease or similar. I have no idea what heeats for breakfast and for lunch, but according to his words, he eats...as usual people do. (?)


    My acquaintance, about 39, looked QZUTE thick, fatty, and ost about at least a GALLON of fat on his belly in about 4-5 month ( I dont know for pounds).

    He is eating fried meat ( I ate only cooked, and never mor then 10 dag= 0.2 pounds by meel) . He only did not eat egg and bread crambed meat(!).

    He surprised me by eating cooking chocolate. He tried to ensure me it is dietary cause it is not that sweet. Cooking chocolate has about the same amount of calories like usual milk chocolate per 100 mg. (.02 lbs)

    When I saw him after few month, he was about 3 times thinner than he was. I really wonder how one can do it by eating cooking chokolate as a diet???

    It is also logical , that she can remain slim eating more calories.

    I am not tall, and just doubt that girls who are smaller and thinner than me eat more .

    Well I also noticed, many girls who are VERY tinny have a lot of fat, acutally even more than me, whch is also a nonsece..if I woul dnot be interested in such stuff, I have no idea what woudl I do on that forum...

    If one says that somone eats more than cca 500 kcal a day and STILL LOOKS VERY WELL, it is quite hard to understnad how can someone understand as a offense...this actually does nto mean nothing else tha, that I should be ASHAMED of myself ( TOO!) if I ate more than 500 kcal /day???????

    No. What we in the US call "calories" are actually kcals (or Calorie, with a capital "C"). The difference is a factor of 1,000, i.e. 1,000 calories (w/ a little "c") = 1 kcal (or Calorie, what we see on our food labels).

    Although, I do wish this was the problem happening here. Please, if ANYONE feels anything negative about themselves when they eat more than a 6 month old baby eats, please reach out for help.

    I see what you're saying but kilocalories are the same thing as what someone in the United States and what our food labels call "Calories". Food calories = kilocalories to a chemist.
