Okay, I am rededicating myself! I have completely slacked off with keeping the food and exercise diary. I still work out daily, but just have not logged anything! And surprise, surprise, I have seen no progress toward my goal! I need your help! Please be my friend and kick my butt! Please check in with me to make sure I'm logging everything! Thank you!

I'm worried about slacking off from the food diary too ...so far its easy, it's only been 2 days ...but what happens when I get bored with putting everything in??? I know I'll need some pushing to keep it up too.

What has been working for me is logging all my food for the day in the morning. That way I stay on track and I have logged my food. The only thing I enter at nite is my exercise cause I do tend to slack there. :blushing: But I am steadily losing so this works good for me. Hang in there. :flowerforyou:

Hang in there. Log those foods, and join in the community. When I have trouble, or am tempted, I get great inspiration from reading other peoples profiles that have lost lots of weight. Now you can read the posts and see how much weight they are losing with the new tickers Mike installed (find them on tools).

I also read the archived posts. You will have to join the chat for that, and there is a section in the chat website for archives articles like the one on Expectations. You can also find that by using the search function under community. Search "expectations". That is one of the best posts that has kept me going.
