Another Steve

Hello All!

Another new guy.
I joined because I wanted a way to keep track of my caloric intake and exercise.
I used to do Weight Watchers to lose ~30 lbs a few years ago, and have found myself drifting up again.
Points don't tell me anything anymore, so calories seem to be a better way to track my intake and outgo.
I'm 61, 5'11, 210 lbs and want to lose ~20 this time, and keep it from coming back.
I started exercising during the WW phase, and have added to it since I turned 59 a few years back.
Exercise is walking at work as often as possible, Treadmill/Eliptical, weight machines and free weights 3-4x/wk
Skiing during the winter.
