Upload profile photo

Hi, my chosen photo is upright, but when I upload it the photo show sideways. I appreciate any help, thank you

Any chance you're uploading a photo from an iPhone or iPad? Weird issue with those pictures is that while the device remembers what the proper orientation is, transferring them to a different device, the device won't know what the proper orientation is.

The solution is to orient it properly in an editor, which can really be trial and error. I'm sure there is a better and smoother technical solution, however I don't know it.

Although @chris62252 it does look like your photo is in the right direction now.

I realize this probably isn't completely helpful. Hopefully someone else has a better solution.
