For low carbers: snack that taste like cheese popcorn

So I was looking for low carb crackers. I decided to try Le Pain Des Fleurs Quinoa crispbread
1 large crispbread (size of 1 1/2 inch by 3in) has 3 carbs. Well I ate it with a slice of sargento ultra thin cheddar cheese. It tasted like cheese popcorn to me. The texture is like airy, kind of melts in the mouth.

I guess discovered a little yummy snack!

As for crackers I have found found - rykrisp sesame flat brad - 2 flatbreads for 9 carbs/3 fiber - made from rye and corn bran.

I like them alot!
