Gym burnout??

I used to go to the gym 3-5 times a week since January 2013 when I joined my first gym ever. I would work out for 1-3 hours doing land exercises and then doing a pool exercise class also. I moved in May of this year and haven't been able to get back into that gym wanna go mood! I've went maybe 5 times since May! My current gym membership expires the end of this month and I am not renewing it cause of the move it isn't as convenient to go after work or on weekends for the price I pay monthly. There is a smaller gym closer to where I live now that is on the way home from work and less expensive but doesn't have a pool or classes. I am thinking of joining it or just buying an elliptical machine for my home. Any tips on what to do? I've lost my weight and just want to maintain my loss at this point. I need to continue to do some kind of exercise to maintain my weight loss. I don't know if I am just burnt out or what but I need some motivation!
