No Motivation!!

I have motivation to keep the calories down but I can't workout to save my life!! I feel so weak as usual. Its not the low calorie intake that making me weak, i've always felt weak. Help!!!

  • I feel exactly the same! I'm always so shattered, it's such an effort to even walk any where.
    At least I can't be bothered to walk to the fridge though lol

    I get like that sometimes, usually its after I overdo it and my body is telling me I need a break.

    There could be a number of things causing you to feel tired and weak {not enough calories, kinds of foods you are eating, etc} but there's no way to know for sure so I second BFDeal's suggestion of seeing a Dr. Hope you get it figured out :)

    Strength and stamina follow persistence. Start slow and build up slow. Don't rush it just keep at it! :)
