Gaining Weight.

Hi, I'm 5'0 and I went from 120 to 90 pounds. I looked really good, but people said I was too skinny (which is pretty normal for an Asian anyways). I recently went through a breakup in the beginning of this year, so I gained about five pounds to 95. So I started going to this bootcamp for four days/week until recently. Now, I think this bootcamp if anything made me fatter. I went from 95 to 98 and I've been eating a LOT more now. I think for breakfast I binge to like 500 calories! Should I cut back? Any tips about cutting? I've been really worried about my weight these days.

Thanks. :/

Wait… You only eat 500 calories a day?

By the way, 5'0 and 90 lbs is considered underweight which is not healthy. If you want to be healthy, you should weigh anywhere between 95 (AT THE LOWEST) and 120 lbs.

Can't say a lot without being able to see your diary. We don't know your daily goals and what your intake is. Probable that the 3 lbs is from just starting a new workout is water weight, but from there it's tough to say.
