Lowering the calories

I need to eat less to get the calories down but am always so hungry between meals!

bananas! I always get hungry between meals, I can't go more than 2-3 hours without needing to eat something, and even though I don't particular like bananas, they are only 100 calories and will definitely hold me over to my next meal, as opposed to a handful of cheez-its or nuts which will leave me hungry again 30 minutes later lol0

More filling foods. Try a protein fluff! (google it)0

your body is probably not getting enough nutrition. If you are eating enough and still filling hungry you probably need to eat more nutrient rich foods. I find that proteins and fats keep me fuller long
