So many numbers! Confused as to what to use

I've been back at MFP for a little over 2 weeks as I am trying to lose the 10 lbs. that I gained back from the loss 2 yrs. ago. I am 51 y/o, 5' 2.5" and weigh 128.

I belong to a gym that does various fitness tests and had my RMR done. It came out as 869. I don't understand what is the difference between RMR and BMR. When I use the Scooby calculator, my BMR comes out to 1259 with a TDEE of 1952. I work out 5 days a week doing HIIT cardio & weights 3 times a week. I am hypothyroid and have been on meds for 5 yrs. and have my bloodwork done every 6 months. I also own a Fitbit and a hear rate monitor and want to get the most out of them. For example, my Fitbit today gave me 1667 calories to eat based on a 250-calorie deficit. I would like to lose a little faster than .5 lb. per week, so I try to have about 100 calories more as a deficit.

What makes this more confusing to me is that 2 yrs. ago, I started out weighing 1.5 lbs. more and was able to lose 10 pounds without a Fitbit and HR monitor! I went to a registered dietician to help me with gluten free eating and to help me lose the excess weight. Her formulas gave me a BMR of 1253 and a daily caloric expenditure of 1818 calories per day. Doing 90 min/wk of moderate aerobic exercise and 50 min/wk of moderate anaerobic exercise would allow me to have 1443 calories per day allowing for a 375 cal./day deficit.

It just seems like I lost the weight easier before and I'm doing the exercise and staying close to the calories my dietician gave me and nothing is happening! I don't know how long to give it before I consult an endocrinologist to confirm that my thyroid meds are correct. In the next few weeks, tennis season will be gearing up, so I will be adding 2 days of about 1.5 hrs. of tennis to my exercise routine. I was doing tennis in addition to the gym workouts 2 yrs. ago, so maybe that's why the weight seemed to come off easier.

Any thoughts on calories, etc. would be appreciated. My diary is open and I do my best to weigh and track foods accurately.

Thanks in advance!
