Hello from North Carolina

I have been on MFP since March, and I'm finally getting around to making my introduction thread. I made my weight-loss goal, and now I'm trying to build muscle while staying at the same weight. For exercise, I usually do yoga, weight lifting, or cardio machines, but every now and then I'll go hiking in the mountains or swimming.

My pitfalls are that I like to eat good food and I like to drink good beer (the high-calorie stuff, not the light stuff), and I like to go out to bars and stay up late. My saving graces are that I enjoy physical activity and I don't really care much for sweets.
