shrinking skin

I am on the wrong side of 60 and have lost 11Kgs with 25Kgs more to lose. I am worried about leaving folds of skin when the fat goes. So far my skin has rebounded well but I am only a third of the way to target. How can I get the best shrinkage of skin to minimise any folds? Will wearing a compression vest help? Will massage help?

I don't know.
I'm starting to develop loose skin and hope it's a temporary thing or that others have some helpful advice.
I do know a lot of old people end up with loose skin. Old like really old, not like you.0 -
What little advice I have:
Don't lose too quickly.
Consider lifting/weight training to help retain muscle mass.
Time may help the skin shrink a bit.0 -

This is good advice. One more thing: It's genetics, too. You won't know what you have to work with until you hit goal weight, so don't fret about it until you're there.0
