Food Help

I need some major food help!

Is there a site that anyone is in love with that provides a good meal plan? I have no issues eating "good" food, my issues is eating in general. I am terrible at searching so I thought I would see if anyone has a daily meal plan they love that is working for them and willing to share :) I know there are professionals that will sit one on one and give this to me but I want to avoid having to pay for this.

Poor. I. Am.

Cheers to healthy living!

    SFM;

    Sorry, but NO there isn't "a site that provides a good meal plan" - it isn't that easy, and until you do the research required to figure out WHY you select one "plan" over all the others you'll just be chasing your tail around from one site that someone is "...in love with..." (but proves worthless to you) to another, to another.

    Think about it, if there WAS one magic site, wouldn't everybody be using it, everybody be slim, nobody be obese, and the US no longer the second most obese nation in the world?

    Wouldn't every other site dry up and go away?

    99% of the "best" information is available for FREE so maybe your best use of your time would be to learn how to "search" the interwebs, it's really not that tough and I'm sure you can pick it up in short order.

    To get you started, I'll give you a link to one of my "favs" - I'm not "in love" with it and its focus is on "knowledge" rather than spoon feeding meal plans, but it's an excellent start for someone looking to actually learn the basics of what they need to know to continue the knowledge quest.

    You will have to copy and paste the link to the address bar of your browser (firefox, chrome, IE, whatever you use) since this site doesn't allow clickable links) but past that, just bang around the various pages of the site and learn.
