Returning to MFP, hoping to finish the job!

Heyo,

My name's Ryan, I've been here off and on over a couple of years and hope this time is the one that I finish the job!

Just looking for some friends to support and benefit from their support throughout this journey to better myself.

    I have just wandered back to MFP after over a year away, and I'm also hoping to stick with it and make a difference this time around. First day of my new healthier and fitter life

    Hi, I've just started back here too! Lost all the weight last time round with MFP - then slowly put it all back on :( Not this time though ! I am going for a full lifestyle change so the weight stays off and would love some friends to motivate!

    We've done it before - We can do it again!
