Yummy thrown together smoothie! :)
Options
Already last night when I was really tired I was thinking through breakfast because I knew I didn't feel like a muffin and cheese, and my pan that I'd use for eggs hadn't been washed (I know...I'm bad), so normally that would mean a smoothie...but I haven't gotten to the store since my milk's sell-by date, and with my cold I couldn't smell it to see if it's still useable. So I tried to figure out what to do. I ended up throwing a yogurt in the freezer and making this this morning:
8 oz. Orange Juice (I use Trader Joe's with Calcium and Vitamin D)
1 container Trader Joe's non-fat Greek-style Honey yogurt
1 sliced and frozen banana
I wasn't sure how it was going to taste, but it was GREAT!!!! Definitely going into my breakfast rotation!! And only 320 calories!
Yay!!!
