Hello!
My name is Holly. I'm brand new here I need your help. My goal is to lose 40 lbs. Does anyone have any meal tips? Inspiring words? Anything. Please. I know I can't do this alone.

I am aiming to lose 40 pounds as well. Add me as a buddy! I'm trying to get back on track. I've slipped the last couple of months.
Here are some tips that might help~
Drink lots of water
get plenty of protein and fiber
try ot reduce/eliminate processed foods
try to not go too long between meals. healthy snacks are key to keep you from getting too hungry ...which will lead to binging
exercise!
Now, I just have to follow what I've just told you!:blushing: :laugh:0 -
There really is a great community here with lots of good information. You'll find some people who have the same goals as you, like Jacki70. I've got 40 pounds to go as well, and it's nice knowing there are others here that are willing to help motivate each other to achieve their goals.
