Hi all. My names Steven from Northern Ireland. Been using the app on and off for the past year and a half but only recently gotten into a routine of tracking all my food and exercise. Loving the app and finding it very useful! Got a streak of 52 days going so far and hoping to keep it going.

Congrats. I have times when I track and then fall away from it as well. Then smack myself for not continuing and thinking, how much farther would I be if I had just kept it up. Good luck.0
