I do a workout which, on some days, includes 30 to 40 or more minutes using an Ab roller type device. I use it for upper, lower and obliques and wonder how many calories get burned during this kind of workout.
Can anyone give me an idea?

I am not sure exactly. However I did recently read in my mens health mad, that the ab roller. Doesn't really help that much.
Maybe trying getting your hands on the P90X ab ripper x workout? It is like 15 minutes but it is intense!0 -
My description wasn't very good. It's not an ab roller, it's the one that supports your neck as you do crunches.
I can feel it working - I'm just curious how I can find out how few calories it's burning.0 -
You could try a heart rate moniter or just call it calenistics.0
