I'm not a coffee drinker but love my tea. I use sugar but wanted to cut down on it. I usually have 3 tsp. so I cut it down to 2.5 tsp. and now I'm down to 2 tsp. of sugar. So I was thinking if you gradually cut down your cream in small steps like that it might help you. Just a thought hope it helps:happy:

OK, ya'll are going to have to come for coffee tomorrow morning (heck it's already that) and I'll serve you my fresh roasted (in my hot air popcorn popper) Kenya AA. You'll be hooked for life and it's sooooooo good it doesn't even need sugar and creamer (but I use cream anyway because something has to cool it down or I will burn my mouth.)

I drink coffee with fat free 1/2 & 1/2. It has the rich taste of cream with no fat and fewer calories. I tried fat free milk etc, but those seemed just wrong. It didn't taste right. Plus you have to use a bunch of milk before it even begins to lighten coffee. Sometimes I splurge on a non-fat vanilla latte from starbucks. I love em! I tried sugar free fat free, but that was just nasty! It was like something that was spoiled.
  • I used to get a latte every morning before work...Holy Calories Batman!!!

I recently decided to switch from coffee to green tea and it still wakes me up but without all of the calories/chemicals added from the sugar/cream.

    Hi All -
If anyone wants to try drinking coffee black - go for a flavored coffee. My favorite brand is Diedrich coffee. It is smooth and sweet and I barely miss all the cream and sugar I used to put in my coffee.
