Filling foods

What do you find to be the most filling, low cal foods? I hate feeling hungry!

    Protein sources. They take longer to begin to digest and so they can help keep you feeling full longer.

    I also find oatmeal to be way, way filling (yes, it does have protein in it too but it's mostly a big bowl 'o carbs). I can eat oatmeal for breakfast and not actually get hungry again until 1-2pm.
