Hello Everyone, Just re signed up for MFP.
I have reached the end of my rope on August 2nd (Yes, only one week ago).
I am 25 y/o and not what you would call fat, but I definitely don't like the way I look naked, at all. More importantly, I feel very unhealthy. I cannot go a week without getting a migraine and heart palpitations. Admittedly, it's my own fault. I work night shifts from 2000-0800, and have salty, greasy food almost every night I work.
August 2nd I woke up, bought a new scale (Withings, amazing!) renewed at a new gym (Hopefully a more motivating gym). I cut Sugar and Fat cold turkey (Did not cut cold turkey), and I have been lifting weights and cardio everyday since. I know a week doesn't sound like a lot. But for me, It is as far as I have ever been and it feels different than the rest of my 24 hour fitness failures.
Long story short, I need friends. If you refuse to be my friend, you are solely responsible for my failure. No pressure.

I know how you feel on the palpitations. I had to quit smoking and cut out sugar, caffeine and processed food and meat before mine stopped.
It will all get better I promise just stay strong and don't give up0 -
Thanks for the encouragement! It goes a long way0
