Spreading out the calories

Okay, so I'm living in Japan currently and eating the school lunches every weekday. The lunches vary from 700-800 cals every day, of which we're REQUIRED to eat it all. You can't waste anything. I've started sneakily bagging some of the rice, but that still leaves quite a lot of cals.
To people who know something about the matter of nutrition: allowing for the lunch amount, about how many calories should I put aside for breakfast, and how many for dinner? In terms of proportioning the two meals. I generally don't get hungry until 8pm, though I go to bed at about 10, so I try to eat at about 6 even though I'm not hungry yet. I should be getting about 1300 calories per day.
Any advice would be appreciated!

Then you should probably eat a 300-400 cal breakfast & only like a 200 cal dinner since you aren't usually hungry anyway by dinner time. Breakfast is pretty important in getting your metabolism going for the day so you want that meal to be a little higher in calories. I'm not a expert or anything & I struggle with calorie balancing throughout the day as well at times due to the long hours I work.

    Good luck
