Hey everyone,
I just started "Slim in 6" today, and I'm wondering how I should enter it into my exercise log? I'm not sure how it would be categorized. Any help?

MFP uses general categories....way too many videos
Under cardiovascular you will get calorie burn guesstimates. Use aerobics, or strength training, or circuit training (combines cardio & weights) or yoga.......and then the number of minutes.
I was hoping this gave workout times.......https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/product-p/slimdeluxe.htm0 -
Get yourself a HRM (heart rate monitor) then you can accurately tell what you're burning. MFP way over-estimated my calorie burn.0

I add mine under Cardio - Bodyweight Training. This includes all exercises that don't use any equipment other than resistance bands. Just increase the time spent doing it as you go from 30 mins for Start it up to 45 mins Ramp it up and again for Burn it up.
I only eat back have my calories too.Good luck.0
